Project Role: Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features.
- Manage software releases and ensure system stability.
- Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Perform independently and become an SME.
- Actively participate/contribute in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Python (Programming Language)
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- 15 years full-time education.
