Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop functional specifications and work closely with the development team to implement solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Business One applications.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of Business One software and its functionalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in project management and working in an Agile environment is a plus.
