About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site FLO role based in Firozabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to explain loan products.
• Assist with loan application processes.
• Support documentation and verification as per company policies.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with branch and back-office teams.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Promote responsible lending.
• Support collections through customer follow-ups where required.
• Contribute to branch-level business targets.
• Provide courteous, professional service.
• Uphold L&T Finance’s values.
• Actively participate in local outreach and field visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with customers, understand their financial needs, and explain loan products clearly and ethically.
• Strong attention to detail for handling documentation, data entry, and record maintenance with accuracy.
• Basic numerical and analytical skills to assess eligibility, interpret loan terms, and support credit evaluation processes.
• Proficiency in using computers and mobile applications for loan processing, reporting, and communication.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and basic English; strong interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Ability to work on-site in Firozabad, including field visits, with a customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail lending, microfinance, or customer service in financial services.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
