Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage interfaces with various stakeholders and simultaneous operations.
• Understand construction procedures, materials, and project management principles for at least three of the following Work Breakdown Structures (WBS):
• Ground Improvement
• Rotary and Static equipment foundation
• Infrastructure development (underground utilities, roads, various types of fencing)
• Process and Non-Process Buildings, Precast Pipe racks, Tankages
• Dewatering and Shoring System
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Determine and optimize needed resources (equipment, materials, and manpower) for project execution within the ACES from start till mechanical completion.
• Ensure subcontractors perform their scope as per LTEC Terms and Conditions and Responsibility Matrix.
• Timely mitigate issues to eliminate risks of claims, overshooting milestone dates, and completion periods.
• Ensure all activities are carried out with full awareness of project specifications, battery limits, safety of men and machinery, and meeting industry quality criteria.
• Attend project review meetings with the customer.
• Ensure HSE is an integral part of project execution, protecting the environment and developing safe and healthy facilities.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed MIS reports flagging areas of improvement and concerns with suggested solutions.
• Ensure project execution through implementation of Carbon and Water Initiatives.
• Drive digitization of various resources and productivity.
• Implement Innovation and Automation to make construction activities safer and more productive.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of construction procedure, materials, and project management principles.
• Experience with at least three of the following WBS:
• Ground Improvement
• Rotary and Static equipment foundation
• Infrastructure development
• Process and Non-Process Buildings, Precast Pipe racks, Tankages
• Dewatering and Shoring System
• Familiarity with LTEC Terms and Conditions and Responsibility Matrix.
• Awareness of HSE requirements.
• Knowledge of industry quality criteria.
• Experience with MIS reporting.
• Understanding of Carbon and Water Initiatives.
• Knowledge of digitization, innovation, and automation in construction.
