Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new applications and technologies.
• Willingness and ability to work during U.S. business hours, which typically requires night-shift coverage in India.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

• Previous technical support experience.
• Previous experience interacting with customers over the phone, email, or chat.
• Experience supporting U.S. or other international customers.
• Experience in a customer service, call center, help desk, or technical support role.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or customer service tools.
