About the Role
- Trainee Client Service Executive (Night shift-Voice process)
- International Voice Process - US healthcare
- Life Science Graduates preferred, other stream graduates and freshers with other field experience can also apply.
Job Location
- Tidel Park in Taramani or Premises in Perungudi, Chennai (Location depends on project assigned)
Key Responsibilities
- Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goals.
- In some cases, make calls to US health insurance Payors.
- Make calls to patients on behalf of Provider's office.
- Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Willing to work in Night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM or 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM - depends on project assigned).
- Willing to join immediately for work from office mode.
- Good English communication skills (Written and oral).
- Possess good typing skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel Knowledge mandatory).
Qualifications
- Any degree or Diploma (12+Diploma only) is mandatory.
- Freshers from 2022 passed out onwards (Current year passed out can also apply).
Additional Information
- CTC: 240,000/- per annum for freshers.
- Cab Drop facility (One way) will be provided for female candidates.
- Food facility available for all night shift employees.
- Medical insurance facility for all employees.
Interview Note: Please mention "FOR VOICE PROCESS" on arrival at the venue. Formal dress code is mandatory for the interview.
