FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (FULL TIME)

About the Role

Restaurant Associates is hiring for a full-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position.

• Location: TripAdvisor - 400 First Avenue, Needham Heights, MA 02494
• Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary.
• Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, and keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• No previous experience is required.
• Abide by all Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to:
• Use of medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning a slicer.
• Use of oven mitts, fryer gloves, or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers, or steam tables.
• Use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
