About the Role

This is an on-site role based in Jamshedpur, supporting the design, execution, and documentation of research and community projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in research within a socially driven, community-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and organizing data.
• Conducting literature reviews.
• Assisting in survey and interview design.
• Supporting fieldwork activities.
• Analyzing findings.
• Preparing reports.
• Contributing to presentations, publications, and awareness materials.
• Coordinating with project stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting event or workshop-related research needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct basic research activities, including data collection, literature review, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear reports and summaries.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn research methods and ethical practices.
• Interest in social development, education, culture, human rights, or related fields.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse teams and community members.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in social sciences, humanities, education, or a related discipline is preferred.
