About the Role
DREAMLINX HOLIDAYS is a premium travel company that designs personalized domestic and international vacation experiences. This full-time, on-site Travel and Tourism Intern role is based in Mumbai. The intern will support the planning and coordination of domestic and international travel itineraries, including accommodation, transport, and activity bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customer inquiries.
- Prepare travel proposals.
- Maintain travel records.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and local partners.
- Ensure smooth trip execution.
- Provide timely information to travelers.
- Contribute to social media or marketing content related to travel packages.
Qualifications & Skills
- Skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Understanding of Business Travel is a plus.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations within India and popular international locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with online booking tools or travel platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in the travel and tourism industry.
