About the Role
Hard Rock Hotel New York seeks an Extra Room Attendant to join their team. This role is crucial for delivering a high-touch, luxury guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet Hard Rock's standards for excellence, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The Room Attendant will maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and assigned areas, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and high-touch surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms meet the highest standards, are fully stocked, and ready for guest arrival in a timely manner.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Collaborate with housekeeping leadership and other departments for efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned service areas, linen closets, and carts.
- Adhere to hotel safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure an extraordinary guest experience and create loyalty through exceptional attention to detail and care.
- Execute all responsibilities with a focus on consistency, cleanliness, efficiency, and elevated service standards.
