- Opportunity Qualification: Verify opportunities, assess commercial viability, and identify key decision-makers.
- Deal Coordination: Match property opportunities with relevant buyers, investors, developers, and tenants, supporting transactions through due diligence, negotiation, and execution.
- Documentation: Collect and organize property, ownership, legal, and commercial information in coordination with the Founder’s Office.
- Infrastructure & Development Support: Assist with the Firm’s Infrastructure and Development projects on an as-needed basis.
- Reporting & Follow-ups: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, opportunities, and next steps in the Firm’s designated systems on the same business day.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and professional documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities, maintain consistent follow-ups, and work independently.
- High levels of integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

- Candidates with experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, brokerage, property consulting, land sourcing, business development, or transaction coordination will have an advantage.
