About the Role

Startup Story® is dedicated to amplifying the voices of startups and making their journeys visible to a global audience. This Graphic Design Intern role is an internship position based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, web, and marketing campaigns that align with Startup Story®’s brand and storytelling goals.
• Assist with layout design for posts and articles.
• Prepare graphics and illustrations.
• Adapt designs for different formats and platforms.
• Ensure consistency across all visual materials.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Help refine visual concepts based on feedback and brand guidelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to create digital graphics and layouts using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software).
• Basic understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong interest in storytelling, startups, and entrepreneurship.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow style guides and apply feedback constructively.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing design projects or creative work.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or related field) is preferred but not mandatory.
