Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients and provide effective resolutions.
- Address customer queries related to products, services, billing, and account-related issues.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update interaction details in the CRM system.
- Meet performance targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and turnaround time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in customer service, voice process, and international voice.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Must be an immediate joiner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
