About the Role
- Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial.
- Conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, equipment-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site requirements.
- Document patrols, incidents, and unusual observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
