About the Role
- This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area.
- Recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
- Shape the experience of staff and users transitioning to Epic.
- Assist users in saving lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, other healthcare users, and internal staff.
- Be the first point of contact for staff and users.
- Be involved in the training process from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios.
- Design workflow-based training content in teams.
- Work directly with organizations to help develop their training.
- Get involved in projects to make software more intuitive.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
- A typical month includes 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
- A history of academic and professional success.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
