Creative Design Internship

About the Role

Marketing Tusk is a growth partner for early-stage startups, SMEs, funds, and ecosystem enablers. This is a remote Creative Design Internship role. The intern will support the design and storytelling needs of pitch decks, brand assets, and marketing collateral for startups, funds, and ecosystem programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and design slide layouts.
• Design social media creatives.
• Adapt brand guidelines across different formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and investor-facing materials.
• Refine creative ideas.
• Contribute to brand and narrative consistency.
• Assist in preparing presentations and digital assets under guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong Creativity Skills and the ability to generate original visual concepts and design ideas.
• Effective Communication and Writing Skills to collaborate with teams and support clear, concise messaging in designs.
• Creative Strategy and Branding Skills to translate brand positioning into consistent visual narratives.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
• Familiarity with presentation design (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback constructively.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a design, communication, media, or related program is an advantage, though not mandatory.
