Key Responsibilities

• Develops test cases from requirements and creates basic test plans.
• Selects basic techniques to inform test execution within assigned scope.
• Reviews specifications for coverage within assigned scope.
• Maintains test environments and assists with data management.
• Executes and maintains test suites to validate assigned functionality.
• Documents and escalates results.
• Conducts basic regression testing.
• Reproduces and documents customer-reported issues, escalating as necessary.
• Investigates and escalates defects to appropriate teams.
• Tracks and compiles defect data for assigned features, escalating notable trends or issues.
• Tracks resolution for features to confirm defects are addressed and retested.
• Actively participates in regular project team meetings with minimal supervision.
• Coordinates activities with other team members.
• Suggests improvements to enhance testing processes and team efficiency.
• Develops simple test cases and implements automation for features under guidance.
• Debugs and maintains scripts.
• Integrates tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflows under supervision.
• Assists in assessing risks and escalating issues.
• Executes established quality gate procedures.
• Supports test planning by reviewing plans for accuracy and identifying common impact areas.
• Maintains and updates testing tools under supervision.
• Tracks timelines with minimal supervision.
• Prioritizes and adjusts work as resources or timelines change, with some guidance.
• Collaborates within the team to better understand expectations and achieve shared objectives.
• Leverages a foundational understanding of business, stakeholder, and/or customer needs to build partnerships with limited guidance.
• Actively listens and asks questions to enhance collaboration.
• Identifies and addresses issues, escalating problems to senior staff as needed.
• Compiles and reviews data and/or information from multiple sources to troubleshoot standard and non-standard errors.
• Seeks opportunities to gain knowledge and learn new skills and/or tools aligned with industry trends and best practices.
• Utilizes feedback and training to improve skills.
• Participates in a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Implements updates to processes, protocols, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness as directed with some guidance.

Qualifications
