Inside Sales Executive

About the Role

MedioraOne creates medical-learning books, courses, and digital resources for medical students and doctors. This role is for an organized, confident executive to handle incoming product inquiries and convert interested leads into paying learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and authorized WhatsApp/business-inbox inquiries.
• Understand learner needs, explain verified product contents and access terms, and share the correct checkout link.
• Follow up with interested leads respectfully and honor requests to stop contact.
• Maintain a simple lead tracker: interest, stage, last conversation, next follow-up, and attributed paid order.
• Coordinate purchase-access and hardcopy-delivery questions with the founder.
• Submit a concise daily report of conversations, pending issues, follow-ups, and paid sales.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clear Hindi and English communication.
• Basic Google Sheets/CRM skills.
• A laptop, phone, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in education counselling, telesales, or customer support is useful.
• Strong freshers may apply.
• Medical qualifications are not required.

Note: This role does not involve giving medical advice.

Pay and Working Arrangement

• INR 15,000 fixed per month.
• 5% commission on personally attributed net digital-product collections.
• 3% commission on personally attributed net hardcopy-product collections.

Net collections exclude taxes, delivery charges, refunds, and chargebacks. Commission is reconciled monthly after the applicable refund window. Free enrolments and uncollected orders do not earn commission. Earnings depend on eligible collected sales; no additional earnings are guaranteed.

• Proposed schedule: 10 AM–7 PM IST, Monday–Saturday, including a one-hour daily break.
• Sunday off.
• First month is paid and includes a performance review.
