About the Role
- Job Location: East Delhi (Nirman Vihar)
- Working Days: Monday - Saturday
- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 Monthly + Attractive Incentive
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment services.
- Sourcing, screening, and validating candidates as per client specifications.
- Sourcing and screening CVs from Portals.
- Conduct Telephonic Interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates during interviews.
- Line up candidates for the final round interview with the Regional Head HR.
- Deliver revenue goals as planned for the business unit.
- Front-end client engagement and play an active role in account growth.
- Prepare and maintain candidate databases.
- Follow-up with clients and candidates until their joining.
- Work within defined quality parameters.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be able to work on MS Office.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have 0-6 years of experience in recruitment.
- Should be energetic and keen on interacting with people.
- Good communication skills.
- Effective convincing capabilities.
- Must be confident and smart.
