About the Role
The Inside Sales Intern role at THINSIL is an on-site internship based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, preparing sales materials and presentations, and maintaining customer records and reports. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to technology sales and customer-facing activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation.
- Prepare sales materials and presentations.
- Maintain customer records and reports.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers under guidance.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up.
- Help organize and participate in product training sessions.
- Learn about semiconductor solutions.
- Contribute to market research and sales performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Business Development skills.
- Basic Sales and Sales Management understanding, with an interest in developing skills in lead generation, pipeline support, and account coordination.
- Ability to participate in Training activities.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) and organizing data accurately.
- Interest in semiconductor or technology industries and willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru.
