Human Resources Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition processes within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Talent acquisition and human resources interest.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
