Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, providing detailed information on insurance policies and communicating any policy modifications to both prospective and existing clients.
• Actively promote additional products and services, soliciting sales opportunities.
• Investigate customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues, confirming necessary adjustments to policies.
• Manage account cancellations and promptly communicate claim investigation outcomes to clients.
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer transactions, including complaints, inquiries, and actions taken.
• Utilize various communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, and other correspondence, to engage with customers.
