Graduate Apprentice Trainee

About the Role

Graduate Trainees are recent university graduates being prepared for specific roles within the company. They undergo various forms of training, including on-the-job training, to gain an understanding of company operations, procedures, and culture. This role provides hands-on experience that can improve performance and potentially secure a full-time position in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in company-designed training programs.
• Work under the supervision of senior employees to understand job roles and responsibilities.
• Attend all required workshops, seminars, and meetings.
• Assist in the execution of projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain a record of all learning experiences.
• Provide feedback on the training program to the training manager.
• Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects.
• Develop a wide understanding of the company’s values, mission, and objectives.
• Follow all company guidelines and policies.
• Apply academic knowledge to practical scenarios within the business.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Engineering graduates (2025-26) in: Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Civil, Production, Automobile, Electrical.
• No backlogs.
• A minimum aggregate of 60% in 10th grade and all subsequent qualifying examinations (e.g., 12th grade, Diploma, Undergraduate degree).

Working Conditions
