Social Media Growth Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Create and shoot engaging Instagram Reels and other short-form video content.
• Plan and execute content based on campaign briefs, guidelines, and requirements.
• Research and identify relevant influencers and creators based on campaign objectives.
• Reach out to and coordinate with creators when required.
• Vet and verify creator profiles and data for accuracy, relevance, and authenticity.
• Build, maintain, and organize creator databases using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Keep creator information accurate, updated, and well-organized.
• Stay updated on social media trends, popular content formats, and emerging creators.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable creating and appearing in Instagram Reels and other short-form video content.
• Access to a good-quality smartphone or camera capable of shooting high-quality videos.
• Must have a personal laptop for research, data collection, and day-to-day work.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong research and data-collection skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of content creation and social media trends.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
