Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and tech-savvy Recruiting Coordinator to join their Houston team. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential candidates via phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Identify and source great candidates for the healthcare team.
• Review applications and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged.
• Utilize recruiting software, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate information.
• Collaborate with the HR team to meet hiring goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality.
• Genuine enjoyment of talking to people and building connections.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and learning new software.
• Quick learner adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
