Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR specialization preferred)
- UG – B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc
- Other degree holders with an interest in Human Resources are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and employee records.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with different teams to support organizational growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Leadership, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
