Job Description

- Shift Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Designation: Sales Associate
- Salary: Rs. 27,000/Month – Rs. 35,000/Month (Salary can vary based on experience, interview, and last in hand withdrawn.)
- Locations: Gurugram, Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with working professionals to help them choose career-enhancing programs.
- Call prospects from a provided list and convince them to join programs.
- Inform professionals about management courses that match their needs.
- Maintain contact with candidates through follow-up calls, emails, and connections.
- Track all individuals interested in the programs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow pre-sale and post-sale procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to maximize sales.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
