About the Role

Jet-Set Dedicated Reefer Team truck driver for Taylor Farms.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations across the country to haul freight.
• Reefer trailer hauling produce.
• 100% no-touch freight.
• 3-5 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load.
• Team configuration, nighttime driving may be required.
• Drive within the Midwest and Northeast.

Pay and Bonus Potential

• Average pay: $1,530-$1,870 weekly.
• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly guarantee pay: Earn at least $1,000 during your first 90 days.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Sign-on bonus:
• $10,000 for experienced drivers (paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year).
• $5,000 for inexperienced drivers (paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year).
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Monthly.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID driver's license or valid passport.
