About the Role
The Associate, Supply Chain Management role at L3Harris Technologies is based in Plano, TX. This position follows a 9/80 work schedule, where employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, and have every other Friday off.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Supply Chain Operations and Strategic Sourcing.
- Oversee Procurement and Subcontract Training Sessions.
- Assist in submitting RFQs to suppliers for Consolidated Material Lists (CML) pricing.
- Confer with suppliers to determine factors affecting competitive total cost of ownership, considering quality, reliability, and schedule adherence.
- Interpret FAR/DFAR/ITAR laws, rules, and regulations concerning import/export control certifications, licenses, and compliance.
- Support Corporate Reporting Cadence for all supply chain activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with FAR/DFAR/ITAR interpretation.
- Familiarity with RFQ processes and CML development.
- Understanding of total cost of ownership principles.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, General Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- OR Have completed a Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months (regardless of age).
