About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate role based in Gandhinagar. The graduate will support mining operations through data collection, analysis, and reporting on day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mining operations through data collection, analysis, and reporting on day-to-day activities.
• Work on-site in Gandhinagar, including in field or operational environments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and prepare clear reports.
• Foundational knowledge of mining, geology, mineral processing, or related engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn industry-specific tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to safety, environmental responsibility, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and build a long-term career in the mining industry.
