Customer Support Executive

About the Role

Future Talent Advisory is hiring Customer Support Executives for an international voice process in Mumbai. This role is suited to candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, resolving queries, and delivering dependable service in a fast-paced support environment. The role offers structured work schedules, a stable five-day working week, and company-supported transportation for eligible shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for an international process through professional voice communication.
• Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve requests within defined service standards.
• Record conversations, update customer information, and maintain complete documentation in the relevant systems.
• Follow communication, quality, compliance, and escalation procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams when issues require additional assistance and contribute to process and service improvements.
• Work effectively in rotational schedules, including available day and night shifts.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 12th-pass qualification and at least six months of experience in an international voice process.
• Graduates who are freshers with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong conversational English, active listening, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate customer support systems.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.
• The position is based in Mumbai and follows a five-day working schedule.

Qualifications

• Monthly salary range: ₹23,000 to ₹40,000 (based on experience and suitability).
• Cab facility is provided.
