About the Role
As a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth back-of-house operations — maintaining cleanliness, supporting the culinary team, and creating a safe and efficient work environment that enables great dining experiences. This is an entry-level kitchen job with real benefits and an opportunity with one of the country's leading hotel and restaurant companies.
Key Responsibilities

- Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents.
- Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher.
- Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
- Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required — a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.
