About the Role
The role is for a Senior Associate in Operations focused on Costing.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as per the Service Level Agreement.
- Achieve all Key Performance Indicators as set by the Team Leader.
- Follow the agreed and approved SOPs for assigned activities.
- Be willing to work in all shifts, including nights.
- Adhere to reasonable operational requests from management.
- Attend all meetings and trainings as per requirements.
- Support daily activities related to product costing, including:
- Cost & feasibility reports
- Variance reports
- Daily Inventory and plant reports
- Perform Reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as requested.
- Master data set up for raw materials, packaging & Finished goods.
- Any other reporting responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience with Master data set up.
- Exposure to Accounting in SAP ERP system is a special role requirement.
Qualifications
- Commerce Graduate.
- Good Communication Skills.
- 0-2 Years of Work Experience in F&A within the Costing process and its fundamentals.
- Domain expertise (Costing Process).
- Analytical ability.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts.
- CMA Intermediate candidates can apply.
- Immediate Joiner's Preferred.
- Night Shift.
Desirable
- Prior experience in service/BPO industry.
- MBA/CA/ICWA (Inter) is preferred but not mandatory.
