About the Role

Omega Healthcare is conducting a Walk-In Drive for Freshers for the position of Voice Process Accounts Receivable (AR). This is an opportunity for graduates looking to build a career in the US Healthcare / Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.

Shift & Working Days

Shift: Night Shift
Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Cab Facility: Pick-up & Drop Facility Available

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
Make calls to US insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments.
Follow up on insurance claims, unpaid claims, and outstanding balances.
Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim/payment status.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and claim-related information.
Support the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
Meet process quality, productivity, and communication standards.

Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Basic computer knowledge required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Qualifications

Any Graduate / Any Degree
Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in a night shift / US shift.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
