About the Role

As part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring for business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcome and generate results.
• Maintain compliance and confidentiality across the process.
• Preparation of recruitment dashboards.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets.
• Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.
• Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements are used.
• Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.
• Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter.
• Keeping candidates engaged until they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leveraging the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates.
• Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MBA (HR) from a reputed institute.
• Experience in a similar field.
• Able to form effective relationships at all levels of business.
• A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo.
• Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong analytical skills, good business understanding.
