This full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role is based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries to generate new business opportunities.
• Research target markets.
• Nurture leads through consistent communication.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with sales and business development colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• Work on-site in Noida.
• Shift Time: 3 PM - 12 AM.
• Work From Office (WFO).

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
• Effective Communication and customer engagement skills.
• Core Sales and Business Development skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and basic sales reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within a team, and meet performance targets.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales or consulting services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
