About the Role
RTAC is looking for a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer to design intuitive user experiences and translate them into responsive web interfaces. The role combines interface design, user experience planning, and frontend implementation for business applications and digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive design layouts.
- Develop responsive pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Convert Figma designs into functional and reusable frontend components.
- Improve navigation, usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and application features.
- Maintain consistent design systems, UI standards, and visual elements.
- Test interfaces across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Figma or similar interface design tools.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with React.js or other frontend frameworks is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, visual design, and responsive layouts.
- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, typography, and design systems.
- Ability to convert design concepts into functional web interfaces.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with relevant design portfolios or frontend projects are welcome.
