What You'll Do

As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of the sales process while working alongside a motivated, high-performing team. This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience, clear development, and a path to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the fundamentals of B2B sales and client acquisition
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong, professional relationships with decision-makers
• Manage and grow accounts by delivering value-driven solutions
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Contribute to a competitive, positive, and results-oriented team culture
• Represent Evolve Seattle with professionalism

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or client-facing roles
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
