About the Role

This is an unpaid, project-based creative internship focused on podcast production and social clip storytelling for "The Laziena Experience: Meaningful Conversations." The goal is to transform long-form conversations into compelling podcast episodes and engaging short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore documentary-style storytelling and narrative podcast production.
• Identify emotional storylines within long-form conversations.
• Structure conversations into engaging episodes or multipart series.
• Identify powerful moments for short-form videos and social media.
• Engage in video editing, including pacing and transitions, for audience engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A film student, journalism student, emerging video editor, documentary enthusiast, or anyone who genuinely loves human stories.
• Possesses curiosity, creativity, and the ability to recognize a meaningful moment.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn.
• Believes that everyday human experiences deserve to be heard.
