About EPIC Dental Studios
EPIC Dental Studios is a full-service premium dental laboratory committed to exceptional quality, predictable fit, and a dedicated-technician experience for dentists and dental groups nationwide. We're looking for an energetic sales professional who excels at developing business, building relationships, and delivering results. Dental industry experience is preferred but not required. Proven sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.
Position Summary
The Inside & Outside Sales Representative will generate new business, convert leads into active accounts, and build lasting relationships with dental practices. You'll work leads from marketing, events, and referrals while creating opportunities through prospecting, networking, and practice visits. This hands-on role owns the sales process from initial contact through closing and relationship development. You'll split your time between our American Fork office and the field, meeting dentists and developing new business.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, personable, and naturally skilled at building relationships. Sales ability, initiative, and work ethic matter most. Dental industry knowledge can be learned, and our dedicated Onboarding Specialist handles onboarding once a doctor commits, allowing you to focus on sales. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Quality Control, Onboarding, and leadership teams.
