About the Role
Peachy Insurance is a fully-remote, growing agency seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join their team. The role is a Base + Commission position paid through a W2.
- 1st year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 (top 50% clearing $100,000)
- 2nd year OTE: $120,000 (top 20% clearing $150,000)
- Starting Salary: $45,000 per year with monthly commissions ($1,500 - $10,000).
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of phone calls to provided warm leads.
- Accept Live Transfers from Telemarketing Team with prospects ready to talk.
- Share the value of being properly protected by an insurance policy.
- Tell stories of insurance claims gone right AND wrong.
- Engage in daily practice and drills to improve skills.
- Make a difference in people's lives by protecting their everyday risks.
- Learn every day and practice with the team.
- Manage and organize a sales pipeline.
- Make outbound calls to provided qualified, warm leads.
- Act as an advocate for clients by advising them on potential risks.
- Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer.
- Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client.

- Compensation: $45k starting salary with monthly bonuses ranging from $1,500 to $10,000.
