The Role

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the founder on high-priority business initiatives, strategic projects, operations, growth, and execution. This role offers a close-up view of business building, decision-making, team management, client acquisition, and scaling.

What You'll Work On

• Business Strategy: Research markets, identify opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.
• Founder’s Execution: Work directly with the founder to execute important priorities and ongoing projects.
• Business Development: Assist in lead generation, client research, outreach, and partnerships.
• Operations: Build systems, coordinate teams, track deliverables, and ensure tasks get executed.
• Growth & Marketing: Work on campaigns, content, performance marketing, and growth experiments.
• Research & Analysis: Analyze competitors, industries, business models, and emerging opportunities.
• Special Projects: Take ownership of high-impact projects contributing directly to company growth.

Who We're Looking For

• Good at research, organisation, and getting things done.
• Familiarity with AI tools, Google Sheets, Excel, and productivity tools is a plus.

• Someone who doesn't wait for instructions for every small task.
• Freshers are welcome. Mindset and execution matter more than degrees.
