About the Role
Digital Web Solutions is hiring Fresher Trainees who are curious, hands-on, and comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT in their daily work. Based on your strengths, you will be placed in a role that fits you best.
Key Responsibilities
(Depending on the role you are matched to):
- Edit short-form videos using AI tools (CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip) and appear on camera when needed
- Support influencer marketing campaigns and manage social media accounts using scheduling, caption, and analytics tools
- Work with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) to clean and organize data
- Build simple AI automations and small tools by describing them to Claude or ChatGPT (vibe coding)
- Assist with SEO tasks and learn advanced SEO
- Support recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Work as an assistant to a CXO: emails, calendars, follow-ups, and priorities
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT in your daily work
- Familiarity with AI tools such as CapCut, Descript, and Opus Clip is a plus
- Experience with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Understanding of SEO principles (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with social media scheduling, caption, and analytics tools (or willingness to learn)
