Digital Marketing Intern

About the Role

Digital Marketing Intern at Simplify Money, a fast-growing fintech startup focused on democratizing personal finance for young adults in India. This role is hybrid, with primary work in Noida and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support online marketing activities across multiple digital channels.
• Assist in social media content creation and scheduling.
• Engage with online communities and explore creative avenues.
• Help run campaigns to promote the Simplify Money app and its AI-based offerings.
• Track performance using web analytics tools.
• Prepare basic reports.
• Contribute ideas to improve reach, engagement, and user acquisition.
• Coordinate with the product and content teams.
• Support email and push campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends relevant to young adults in India.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Snapchat, and other platforms used by Gen Z, including their communities and rules.
• Clear and strong writing skills, able to answer questions helpfully without sounding like an advertisement.
• Experience building and maintaining communities and distribution channels.
• Comfortable with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), Canva, and basic Reels or Shorts editing.
• Ability to be a self-starter and own weekly targets.
• Exposure to marketing automation and AI tools such as Brevo, Make.com, Claude.

Qualifications

• Interest in personal finance, fintech, and AI-driven products is highly beneficial.

Terms:

• Location: Remote for the first 1–2 months, then on-site at the Noida office.
• Duration: Minimum 2 months, extendable up to 6 months.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM.
• Stipend: Provided.
