About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Student role based in Thane. The role involves supporting financial research and analysis across equity, derivatives, and related markets under the guidance of senior analysts and advisors. The role is designed to provide structured learning, exposure to different business verticals, and opportunities to develop skills in financial markets and wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret market and company data.
• Assist in preparing research reports and presentations.
• Contribute to investment ideas and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Learn firm-specific tools and methodologies.
• Help maintain databases and documentation relevant to research and client advisory.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and market data.
• Research and documentation skills, including data gathering, synthesis of information, and preparation of concise reports and presentations.
• Communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively in team-based environments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial tools or databases.
• Familiarity with statistical or analytical software is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background such as a graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related fields is preferred.
• Interest in capital markets, investments, and wealth management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
