Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you will contribute to frontend and backend development, database integration, and AI-powered features. You will collaborate with the team remotely, take ownership of assigned tasks, and help turn product ideas into reliable software. We value strong fundamentals, practical project experience, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Build backend APIs and services using Python and FastAPI.
• Design, integrate, and maintain PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Integrate LLM APIs and AI-powered features into web applications.
• Use AI coding assistants effectively to accelerate development while validating generated code.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug issues, test features, and improve application performance.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and remote team meetings.
• Communicate progress, raise blockers, and deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Frontend Development

• React.js
• TypeScript and JavaScript
• HTML5 and CSS3
• Tailwind CSS or similar styling frameworks
• REST API integration

Backend Development

• Python
• FastAPI
• RESTful API development
• Basic understanding of authentication and authorization

Databases

• PostgreSQL
• MongoDB
• Basic SQL, database design, and query fundamentals

AI Tools and Technologies

• Practical familiarity with AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot
• Understanding of LLM APIs and AI integration
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering
• Ability to review, debug, test, and validate AI-generated code

Development Tools

• Git and GitHub
• VS Code or a similar development environment
• Basic command-line and debugging skills

Good to Have

• Experience building and deploying a full-stack application.
• Familiarity with AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, or vector databases.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or Render.
• Knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD workflows.

Remote Work Requirements

This is a fully remote internship. Candidates must have:

• A personal laptop or desktop suitable for software development.
• A stable internet connection.
• A suitable workspace for focused development.
• Headphones with a microphone for online meetings.
• A working development environment with Git and the required programming tools.
• Availability during mutually agreed collaboration hours.
• The ability to communicate clearly, work independently, and provide regular progress updates.

Candidates should be comfortable collaborating through online meetings, messaging platforms, GitHub, and other remote development tools.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing or graduates of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with practical knowledge of full-stack development fundamentals.
• Applicants who can demonstrate projects through GitHub, a portfolio, or a live deployment.
• Individuals who are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.

Internship Duration and Compensation

• Initial period: 3 months, unpaid.
• Performance evaluation: Based on technical ability, code quality, problem-solving, consistency, ownership, and overall contribution.
• Potential paid conversion: After the initial period, eligible interns may transition to a paid internship with a stipend of ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on performance and business requirements. Paid conversion is not guaranteed and will depend on the agreed evaluation criteria and applicable employment requirements. The internship terms and expected working hours will be communicated before joining.
