Legal Associate Intern

About the Role

Team Counsel is a next-generation legal consulting firm specializing in providing innovative legal solutions for the startup ecosystem. This is a remote internship role for a Legal Intern at Team Counsel. This will be a long-term assessment internship.

Note: The first month will be unpaid. If the internship is extended beyond the first month, the intern will be eligible for a stipend based on their performance and the satisfaction of the team.

• Assist the team in legal document preparation
• Client communication
• Addressing legal issues
• Providing legal consulting services

Qualifications

• Final-year student of a 5-year or 3-year law program
• Law and Legal Consulting skills
• Legal Document Preparation abilities
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Legal Issues
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Dedication, professionalism, and a keen interest in legal consulting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
