IT Recruiter
About the Role
Career Bloc is looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. Candidates with a passion for recruitment and good communication skills are welcome. Freshers can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through job portals and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Understand IT job requirements and find relevant profiles.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of IT profiles and technical hiring is an advantage.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
Salary: Up to ₹10,000 per month (Target-Based)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days per Week
Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)
