Operations Associate

About the Role

Seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage end-to-end back-office operations, client onboarding, trade processing, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures seamless execution of transactions, cultivates strong client and stakeholder relationships, and implements robust risk management frameworks to safeguard business operations and protect client assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for business growth through cross-selling of products such as insurance, mutual funds, trading accounts, deposits, and equity bonds.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in sales support/presales activities including tele/inside sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (e.g., B.C.A., B.B.A./B.M.S.).
• Strong understanding of key account management principles and practices.
• 0-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably).
