This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist with customer interactions.
• Prepare presentations and marketing collateral.
• Participate in client meetings and product demos.
• Update CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Help analyze market trends.
• Collect customer feedback.
• Contribute to basic marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Learn sales processes and best practices.
• Support training activities for sales initiatives as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in basic MS Office or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management.
• Aptitude for Training-related tasks.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
• Pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
• Motivated to learn.
• Comfortable working on-site in Pune Division.
• Able to collaborate in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
